Self-Assessment Inventories
Help participants reflect on their own capabilities.
Self-assessment inventories help employees and candidates evaluate their confidence, preferences, behaviours, and perceived development needs.
Inventories are especially useful in development contexts, training programmes, AI readiness assessments, and pre/post measurement. TAP allows inventories to be connected to competencies and compared with other assessment results.
Best for
- Development programmes
- AI readiness
- Training needs analysis
- Self-awareness
- Leadership development
- Pre/post training measurement
- Coaching and reflection
How it works in TAP
Participants complete structured self-rating questionnaires mapped to specific competencies. Their responses are captured and can be compared with assessor-observed scores in the final report, highlighting alignment or gaps between self-perception and assessed behaviour.
